About the Role

As our Multimedia Content Creator youll be the visual storyteller behind the OZ brand. Youll film edit photograph and create digital content that highlights our products our people and the work we do. This is an onsite roleyoull be in our Winona facility daily capturing footage collaborating with our team and spotting content opportunities as they happen.

Youll work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate across departments to develop and execute projects from concept through completion. Youll plan shoots coordinate resources ask smart questions and deliver polished professional content that strengthens our brand across digital platforms.

This role offers variety creativity and the chance to build something meaningful. No two days look the sameand thats exactly the fun of it.

What Youll Do

• Film and edit highquality videos: product demos tutorials brand stories interviews event coverage.
• Create digital and social content that showcases our products applications and daytoday operations.
• Capture product application event and trade show photography.
• Develop concepts scripts storyboards and shot lists.
• Adapt content for LinkedIn Facebook Instagram YouTube and other platforms.
• Support website updates digital marketing initiatives and basic SEO tasks.
• Collaborate with Engineering Sales Operations and leadership to gather accurate information.
• Maintain organized photo video and digital asset libraries.
• Manage multiple projects and stay flexible as priorities shift.

What You Bring

• 35 years of professional videography video editing or digital content experience.
• A strong portfolio or demo reel that shows your storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong videography fundamentals: lighting audio shot composition camera operation.
• Strong editing and postproduction skills.
• Experience creating content for social media YouTube and digital platforms.
• Photography experience.
• Clear communication strong organization and dependable followthrough.
• Ability to work independently ask questions and take ownership of your projects.
• A proactive positive getitdone work style.

Bonus Skills

• WordPress experience
