Multi-Cloud Engineer

Acuity is growing and looking to hire an additional Multi-Cloud Engineer to provide technical support to all of the customers broadcast systems as a cloud engineer with programming responsibilities.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of cloud-based networks with very high data security requirements.
• Demonstrated experience with AWS and cloud services to include API configurations.
• Demonstrated experience with programming languages including Python Linux C and Windows shell.
• Demonstrated experience with operating systems such as Linux and Android.
• Demonstrated experience with scripting languages such as Python C and Perl.
• Demonstrated experience with System Administration such as Linux RHEL patching server installs firmware upgrades and testing between firmware/patch levels.
• Demonstrated experience with Cloud Engineering such as familiarity with medialive automating dynamo table updates troubleshooting within the cloud platform and providing input on troubleshooting toolsets.

Desired Skills:

• Demonstrated experience with analog and digital communications with Satellite terrestrial TV AM and FM radio.
• Demonstrated experience with video codecs and streaming technologies.
• Demonstrated experience with video encoding equipment and processes.
• Demonstrated experience with specific broadcast systems such as a specialized FM radio system and the Clients TV and radio signal devices such as scalable portable remote devices.
• Demonstrated experience with IP network routing and switching.
• Demonstrated experience performing installations configuration and operations of broadcast equipment.
