Short Description:
Our client is seeking a MS Power Platform Developer with strong experience in designing developing and implementing enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) Power Automate Power BI SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while supporting workflow automation dashboard development and application enhancements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing an Internal Communication and Task Management Kiosk System creating automated business processes implementing real-time reporting solutions and ensuring proper documentation and code quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and enhance applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
- Implement improvements and new features for an Internal Communication and Task Management Kiosk System.
- Develop real-time dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Create and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Design and implement event-driven automation triggers.
- Configure and optimize SharePoint Online as the backend data repository for Power Platform solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application workflow and integration issues.
- Recommend architecture configuration and process improvements within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Produce technical documentation for applications workflows and system enhancements.
- Prepare and submit weekly project status reports.
- Document monthly code review activities and project progress.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed according to project timelines.
- Follow organizational security compliance and data confidentiality policies throughout development and deployment.
Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing administering and supporting Microsoft Office 365.
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience with:
- Power Apps (Canvas Apps)
- Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate

- Minimum 1 year of experience participating in or conducting code reviews.
- Experience collaborating directly with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical specifications.
- Ability to provide examples of solution implementation and stakeholder collaboration.
Preferred Knowledge Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
- Experience developing enterprise business applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services.
- Knowledge of governance and best practices for Power Platform environments.
- Familiarity with role-based security and permissions within Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Experience optimizing business workflows and process automation.
- Knowledge of Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
