Mortgage Processing Manager

Job Description

• Provide direct supervision to Mortgage Loan Processors providing direction support and training.
• Ensures a timely processing of loans.
• Ensures accurate processing of loans for purchase by secondary market.
• Conducts department in accordance with relevant regulations.
• Assists in the development and achievement of Mortgage Loan Processors goals.
• Conducts Mortgage Loan Processors performance reviews.
• Provide exceptional service to our internal customers.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• DO NOT APPLY unless you have a minimum of 5 years of years of experience in the mortgage lending industry with 3 of those years being in a supervisory role.
• Deep experience with government loans and vast knowledge of FHA and VA underwriting guidelines
• Appraisal review experience
• Able to maintain extensive personal contact with internal customers.
• Above average computer skills.
• Bachelors Degree in Finance or a related field is preferred but not required
