    • Temporary hourly-intermittent work study student assistant in the College of Business Administration Department of Marketing Operations & Management.

    • Start Date
    • Positionavailable on or after November 1 2026and ending on or before May 21 2027. Possibility of reappointment based on budget department needs and job performance.

    • Job Description/Duties
    • The Department of Marketing Operations & Management (MOM) in the College of Business Administration (CBA) is seeking one Federal Work Study Student Assistant to provide general administrative and clerical support to department faculty and students under the direction of the administrative department staff.


      Duties include but are not limited to:
      • Draft emails and communications to students and faculty.
      • Answer phones and directing inquiries.
      • Assist with events and activities.
      • Assist with updating bulletin boards and departmental materials.
      • Organize and maintain documents and files.
      • Perform basic data entry using Microsoft Excel.
      • Other duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications
    • Preferred Qualifications:
      • Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with students faculty staff and visitors both verbally and in writing.
      • Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
      • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook Word and Excel with the ability to perform routine data entry.
      • Ability to follow instructions organize and maintain documents and complete assignments accurately and timely.
      • Ability to work cooperatively provide general office and event support and maintain a dependable work schedule that accommodates both the students academic schedule and department needs.

      Required Qualifications:
      • Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
      • Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.
    • Salary Range
    • $16.90per hour.
