Are you an experienced Mold Maker Tool & Die Maker Toolmaker or Precision Machinist looking for an opportunity to work on highly advanced tooling projects

Join a growing precision manufacturing organization where youll build new injection molds used to produce critical components for medical devices and other high-precision applications. This is an opportunity to take ownership of mold builds from start to finish while working in a clean climate-controlled tool room with industry-leading equipment and technology.

What Youll Do:

• Build new precision steel injection molds from engineering drawings and CAD files
• Machine mold components using CNC mills EDM sinkers EDM hole burners lathes grinders and other tool room equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and CAD models
• Inspect components using precision measuring equipment and microscopes
• Troubleshoot tooling issues during the mold build process
• Partner with Engineering Quality and Production teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
• Support new tooling projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2 years of mold making tool & die tooling or precision machining experience preferred
• Experience building molds tooling or precision components
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD files
• Experience with CNC machining and EDM equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Commitment to producing high-quality work with tight tolerances
• Tool & Die education or apprenticeship experience is a plus
