Our De Pere location is expanding and were looking for a Trailer Technician / Trailer Mechanic who takes pride in their craft and wants to work in a clean modern and supportive environment.

Position Summary:

Correctly perform DOT & PM Inspections on trailers. Repair or replace damaged or worn parts including brakes air system electrical system and suspension components. Perform welding and fabrication repairs. Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain accurate records of all work performed.

What Youll Do:

• Perform DOT and Preventative Maintenance inspections on trailers

• Diagnose and repair brake air electrical (lighting ABS) and suspension systems

• Weld and fabricate steel and aluminum trailer components

• Complete work orders and service documentation accurately

• Handle on-site service calls when needed

• Keep your work area clean safe and organized

• Work professionally with customers drivers and team members

What Were Looking For

• Valid Wisconsin Drivers License (CDL preferred)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

• Experience with welding fabrication or trailer repair preferred

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform hands-on tasks safely

• Dependable motivated and committed to quality work
