Mobile Service Technician

We are looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background. Previous experience is preferred but not required. The day-to-day duties include traveling in the Mobile Service van to customer workplaces and homes to handle basic service needs and recalls.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer locations to perform services such as oil changes tire rotations brake inspections and light repairs.
• Utilize mobile diagnostic tools to accurately troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues.
• Provide customers with transparent communication about services required and their vehicles condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of your mobile service vehicle and equipment.
• Collaborate with the dealerships service team to coordinate appointments and special requests.
• Adhere to safety protocols and dealership standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Valid driver license

• ASE/Manufacturer certifications - Ford certifications are desirable but not mandatory

• Service Technician experience preferred

• Strong use of technological devices including tablets

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
