Take the shop on the road. Were adding a third Mobile Service Technician to our growing mobile program. Youll run your own route in a company Ford Escape and bring recall work software updates and inspections straight to our customers homes and workplaces. No bay no lift line no waiting on a flag board. Just you your tools your tablet and a full schedule of work thats already booked.

If youre a technician who wants more independence more customer contact and a real path to grow inside a high-performing dealership group this is your seat.

1. Recalls and field campaigns. Complete open recalls and customer satisfaction programs on-site.
2. Module programming and software flashes. Perform reprogramming and updates using Ford diagnostic tools.
3. Multi-point inspections. Inspect vehicles thoroughly and document findings that turn into future shop visits for the customer.
4. Light maintenance and basic service. Handle quick-turn service needs in the field.
5. Route ownership. Plan prep and run your days appointments from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
• Engage with many different customers each day and represent the dealership
• Organize and prepare for the days appointments
• Perform vehicle repairs and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order in a clean and efficient manner
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication
• Accurately document vehicle repairs/work performed on the repair order
• Able to work occasionally in challenging weather conditions
• Able to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Valid driver license
• ASE/Manufacturer certifications
• Service Technician experience preferred
• Strong use of technological devices including tablets
