What Youll Do:

• Collaborate with the Residential Services department to support leasing efforts.
• Travel to homes and apartments (60-80% of your time) to showcase properties and highlight key features.
• Develop a deep understanding of the local market to optimize marketing strategies and pricing.
• Tailor property tours to prospective renters needs achieving a 40% leasing conversion rate.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide administrative support to the centralized leasing team including responding to inquiries and preparing reports.
• Assist with marketing including creating social media content setting up promotional materials and delivering move-in gifts.
• Maintain a polished professional appearance and sales-focused attitude.
