Mobile HVACR Technician – Commercial Facilities

Were looking for a well-rounded HVAC Technician who can do more than just HVAC. This mobile role supports multiple commercial facilities handling HVAC service along with light plumbing electrical and general handyman work.

• Troubleshoot repair and maintain commercial HVAC systems

• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections

• Handle light electrical plumbing and general building repairs

• Maintain mechanical structural fire/life safety and building systems

• Travel between approximately 2030 customer locations

• Complete service calls while staying within an 8-hour workday whenever possible

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

• Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety procedures

• 57 years of HVAC experience

• Commercial HVAC experience preferred

• EPA 608 Universal Certification required

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

• Hands-on experience with light plumbing and electrical

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Valid drivers license

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Comfortable working independently and traveling between locations

• Non-union position
