Travel 100% between assigned buildings to perform maintenance and repairs Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC electrical plumbing and mechanical systems Respond to emergency service calls and on-call requests Complete inspections troubleshooting and repairs to ensure safe building operations Document all work orders and PMs using CMMS Coordinate with vendors and communicate with site contacts Follow ABM safety policies procedures and compliance requirements
Qualifications
Experience as a Mobile Building Engineer Building Engineer or Maintenance Technician Knowledge of HVAC electrical and plumbing systems Ability to work independently across multiple locations Valid drivers license and ability to travel 100% Strong time management and customer service skills EPA 608 and OSHA certifications preferred
