In this role youll travel between multiple sites performing preventive maintenance troubleshooting and repairs on building systems. No two days are the same as you help ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently.
What Youll Do
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial building systems
Troubleshoot HVAC electrical plumbing and mechanical equipment
Respond to service requests and complete work orders efficiently
Inspect equipment and identify maintenance needs before they become major issues
Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate effectively with customers and team members
Travel between multiple facilities as part of your daily responsibilities
What Were Looking For
35 current years of commercial building maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing and general building systems
EPA 608 Type II Certification required
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently while delivering outstanding customer service
