We are seeking a skilled Mobile Automation Engineer to lead testing strategies and deliver high-quality mobile and web applications. This full-time role focuses on Java/Selenium/Appium automation team leadership and end-to-end software quality across Agile/DevOps environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams of developers QA engineers and testers to deliver robust software solutions.
- Develop Java-based applications and create/maintain Selenium test scripts for functional/regression testing.
- Design and execute comprehensive mobile testing strategies using Appium Espresso or XCUITest frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership conduct code reviews and ensure coding/testing best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts project managers and clients to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and monitor project progress to meet client expectations and timelines.
- Stay current with Java Selenium mobile testing trends and incorporate innovations into team workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 7 years of experience in Java development and testing.
- Strong expertise in Selenium for test automation and Appium for mobile testing.
- Hands-on experience with manual/automated testing for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines Git Jira/Confluence and Agile/DevOps methodologies.
- Proven leadership analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
