As a front-line leader for the SERVPRO brand the Restoration Supervisor leads mitigation crews through safe efficient high-quality work on active jobsites. This role serves as the key connection between technicians customers project managers and office staff while keeping production moving in the field with urgency professionalism documentation and accountability.
What Youll Lead in the Field
Lead mitigation crews on assigned jobsites and create a productive safety-focused field culture
Coordinate and perform mitigation production processes while maintaining SERVPRO quality standards
Own the readiness of your assigned service vehicle by keeping it clean organized stocked equipment-ready and prepared for daily production or emergency response
Set clear expectations for restoration technicians and provide coaching daily direction and onsite accountability
Communicate professionally with customers adjusters property managers vendors project managers and office staff
Document job activity accurately and completely to support billing compliance and customer communication
Manage labor equipment materials and consumable usage on assigned projects
Identify jobsite issues early and communicate solutions that keep projects moving forward

You understand that safety documentation and customer service are just as important as production speed

Position Requirements
Valid drivers license and ability to operate a company service vehicle responsibly
High school diploma/GED preferred
At least 1 year of experience in cleaning restoration mitigation construction or a related field
Prior crew leadership supervisory or jobsite coordination experience preferred
IICRC certification is a plus but not required
Ability to participate in after-hours weekend or emergency work as business needs require
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Skills Physical Demands and Competencies
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders work at ceiling heights and work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
Ability to repetitively push pull lift and carry objects
Ability to work with and around cleaning agents and restoration equipment
Strong organization communication problem-solving and follow-through skills
Hours Travel and Emergency Response
This is a full-time field-based position generally working 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Monday Friday 40 hours per week. Because restoration work often happens when customers need help most this position may require extended hours evenings weekends and participation in emergency response and the on-call schedule. Travel is primarily local with occasional out-of-area or overnight travel possible.
