Base Commission:

This position offers a base salary plus a quarterly bonus incentive on mitigation profitability. Salary range listed refers only to the base salary portion of pay package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop train and nurture a high-performing production team fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

- Inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best setting a positive example as a leader.

-Establish clear goals and objectives for the team and company driving a results-oriented approach.

- Lead the team in achieving and exceeding targets consistently delivering exceptional results.

-Collaborate with department heads and executives to align strategies and achieve company-wide goals.

- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency productivity and excellence.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and performance.

- Foster strong client relationships and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role in the mitigation field.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop inspire and lead teams to success in mitigation.

- Texas MRC license preferred but not required.

-Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Strategic thinker with the ability to set and execute a vision.

-Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Compensation: $75000.00 - $90000.00 per year
