Mission Critical Project Engineer

Rinvio is hiring a Mission Critical Project Engineer for data center MEP project engineering and field coordination in the Phoenix AZ market.

Pay: $180000-$220000/year based on experience

Location: Phoenix AZ

Schedule: Full-time mission-critical construction role; schedule based on project needs

Type: Full-Time W-2

Responsibilities:

- Support project managers and field teams with MEP-heavy data center construction execution

- Track RFIs submittals drawings specifications procurement items change documentation and field issues

- Coordinate with electrical mechanical low-voltage commissioning QA/QC and subcontractor teams

- Help maintain schedules progress tracking punch lists commissioning readiness and turnover documentation

- Communicate clearly with project stakeholders and keep technical documentation organized

Requirements:

- Mission-critical data center commercial MEP electrical mechanical or critical infrastructure construction exposure

- Project engineering field engineering assistant project management or coordinator experience on technical builds

- Ability to read drawings/specifications and track RFIs submittals changes issues and documentation

- Strong organization communication and follow-through in a fast-moving construction environment

- Familiarity with MEP systems commissioning milestones NEC/NFPA concepts and project controls is preferred

- Ability to work in the Phoenix AZ market and complete any site onboarding requirements

- Dependable safety-minded commercially aware and comfortable in fast-moving project environments
