YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Your role as a Mill Operator - Feed Mill Worker is not just a job but a pivotal contribution to the agricultural community. Your responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks with precision maintaining a clean work environment through general housekeeping duties and collaborating with operations and maintenance personnel. Your commitment to regular and prompt attendance along with operating a computer-controlled system ensures the seamless production of high-quality animal feed.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A MILL OPERATOR - FEED MILL WORKER

• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods work in confined spaces and heights bend kneel climb lift up to 55 lbs and adapt to a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to operate a computer-controlled system
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime if needed
• Professional with a positive and respectful attitude
• Safety-oriented
• Valid drivers license and a good driving record

Previous experience in maintenance-related disciplines is preferred as well as having a high school diploma or equivalent.
