We are seeking experienced Military Operations & Reporting SMEs to support a project focused on evaluating and improving AI-generated military and DoD reporting content. The role requires practical experience with military operations staff processes reporting standards and executive-level communication.

• Review military and DoD reports for accuracy clarity and procedural alignment.
• Synthesize information from multiple teams and staff sections into concise reports.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for appropriate military terminology and reporting standards.
• Provide structured feedback on reporting quality and accuracy.
• Develop realistic military reporting scenarios and reference materials.

• 3 years of experience within the U.S. Department of Defense as military personnel DoD civilian or both.
• Experience preparing recurring reports or executive updates for senior leadership.
• Familiarity with WARs status reports performance reports AARs or budget execution reports.
• Background in military operations plans headquarters/command staff program management or resource management.
• Strong written communication and information-synthesis skills.
• Experience as an Operations Officer/NCO Plans Officer Action Officer Staff Officer Executive Officer or similar role is preferred.
