Job Summary

Main Duties & Responsibilities Primary Job Role Administer and oversee the Miles That Matter Program ensuring alignment with company objectives related to safety driver performance operational efficiency and employee engagement. Monitor and analyze Motive performance metrics including driver scorecards safety events speeding incidents idling fuel efficiency and other key performance indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Manage the Motive Rewards program including eligibility tracking incentive administration employee recognition and communication efforts that encourage safe driving behaviors and performance excellence. Lead Motive Accountability initiatives by partnering with leadership and operations teams to address performance concerns facilitate coaching conversations monitor corrective actions and promote continuous improvement. Oversee vehicle maintenance compliance and Out-of-Service (OOS) events monitoring preventive maintenance schedules inspections repairs and service records to maximize vehicle reliability and minimize downtime. Monitor inventory levels and product selection performance ensuring drivers maintain appropriate inventory quantities support accurate product selection processes and contribute to efficient customer service operations. Measure and improve device uptime and technology utilization ensuring Motive devices and supporting fleet technologies remain operational troubleshooting issues coordinating vendor support and driving user adoption across the fleet. Qualifications Education and Experience Formal Education High School Diploma or equivalent experience Experience 3-5 Years Required / Credentials Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fleet management safety or compliance roles. Familiarity with DOT OSHA and FMCSA regulations. Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria Relevant certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) are preferred. Bachelors degree in occupational health and safety Transportation Management or a related field. Updating of Knowledge Job requirements change requiring re-training to stay current every 1-2 years. Responsibility for Change Innovation Overall Improvement and/or Effectiveness Problem Solving Job requires complex problem-solving ability with little guidance.
