We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder for a client in Sparks NV. This role involves product and final assembly operations ensuring all work meets specifications and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a leading manufacturing company.

• Read and interpret blueprints drawings and work instructions
• Perform MIG welding on sheet metal (1020 gauge preferred)
• Complete product and final assembly tasks
• Ensure quality standards are consistently met
• Perform basic equipment maintenance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

• Experience with MIG welding or formal welding training
• Ability to work with 1020 gauge sheet metal
• Basic math skills (fractions percentages ratios and measurements)
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions in English
• Strong attention to quality and safety standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Steel-toe boots required
• Must pass a background check

• Shift: 2nd Shift (12:00 PM 8:30 PM MondayFriday)
• Pay: $22.00/hour
