We are seeking a System Engineer for one of our PRIME CONTRACTSandoffersexciting opportunities to support essential services and mission critical activities across the enterprise. Our mission supports the Government Corporate Management Services (CMS) by providing full life cycle support services through the sustainment modernization and transformation ofthe enterprisecorporate applications. These applications are used acrossthe government enterpriseand are critical to the daily functions of thousands of users across acquisition business finance HR training recruitment program management securitylogisticsand more. The selected candidate will provide System Engineering leadership to an existing team providing Life Cycle Sustainment (LCS) and modernization activities for commercial and custom-developed education learning and training applications that are vital to the Government enterprise.

Required Qualifications
- Conduct process evaluations ofthe corporateenterprise applications toidentifyareas for improvement and optimization while ensuring adherence to enterprise process standards for the development testing deployment and maintenance of applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams Government Product Leads and Government Leadership Teams to define prioritize and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies within the program and facilitate the adoption of agile and DevOps practices.
- Develop andmaintaintechnical documentation including process standards program-leveltemplatesand best practice guides.Conduct regular assessments to identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization within the application development lifecycle.
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues in the systems and propose mitigation strategies.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote knowledge sharing and enhance the technical skills of the team members.
- Engage with Government Leadership Product Leads and development teams to identify technical issues and provide guidance and coordinate solutions to resolve them effectively.
- Participate in incident response and problem-solving activities to address critical system issues and minimize downtime.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior system engineers and other team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices related to enterprise application development and support.

Desired Qualifications:
- Fourteen (14) years experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity isrequired.
- A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a technical discipline is required.
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
- Experience in a team lead role of diverse skillsets and experience levels.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Strong project leadership skillsto includeidentifying opportunitiesrisksand communicating with all levels of contractor and Government leadership.
- Willingness to learn and develop strong understanding new technologies and products.
- Experience developing and updating technical documentation including project schedules.
- Experience with requirements management to include working with customers to capture clear definition of done.
- TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
The estimated salary range for this position is between $185000-$215000 (annualized USD). This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the companys comprehensive compensation package. Actual salaries are influenced by several factors such as location the individuals education skills experience and competencies as well as contract affordability and organizational needs.
