Job Summary
- Caregiver training and behavioral skills training
- Treatment planning modifications and skills assessments
- Preference assessments and behavior analytic report writing
- Supervising a caseload of BTs and RBTs
- Collaborating with BCBAs across varied settings telehealth home community school clinic and social skills groups
- Unrestricted hours are paid and go towards your supervised fieldwork
- Current masters student or recent graduate in ABA or a closely related field (preferred)
- Candidates with a bachelors degree plus 2 years of related RBT experience will be considered
- BCaBAs are also encouraged to apply
- Valid CA drivers license and reliable transportation
- Cleared TB test and background screening
- Up-to-date immunizations
- Completion of CA LiveScan and background check
- Generally available MondayFriday 8:30 AM6:30 PM (masters coursework accommodated with verification)

- $32$40/hr for clinical hours
- 35-40 hours per week (full-time)
- RBT credential and field supervision included we cover training and competency checks
- Fieldwork supervision by a BCBA
- 2550% telehealth flexible work locations
- Paid mileage and drive time between clients at IRS standard rate
