Microsoft Fabric & Power BI Developer

Essential Skills: Power BI Microsoft Fabric SQL/PL-SQL AWS Redshift AWS Lambda
Preferred Experience: GMP-regulated systems and on-premises-to-cloud migration

We are seeking a skilled BI and Data Reporting professional with experience in Power BI Microsoft Fabric SQL and cloud-based data solutions. The candidate will support the design development maintenance and troubleshooting of reporting solutions while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Experience with GMP-critical applications and on-premises-to-cloud migration is highly desirable.

• Design develop maintain and enhance Power BI reports dashboards and data models.

• Support Microsoft Fabric solutions for data integration transformation analytics and reporting.

• Write optimize and troubleshoot complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.

• Work with AWS Lambda functions and Amazon Redshift for data processing and analytics.

• Support on-premises-to-cloud migration projects including data validation and reconciliation.

• Work with Power Apps and the Microsoft Power Platform to support business workflows and applications.

• Troubleshoot technical issues resolve break-fix incidents and manage tickets and change requests.

• Maintain technical documentation operating procedures and project deliverables.

• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams and communicate technical information effectively.

• Support end-user training and the development of user procedures.

• Ensure solutions comply with company policies quality requirements and applicable regulatory standards.

• Apply monitoring feedback and technical best practices to improve solution reliability and performance.

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in BI reporting data analytics or data solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.

• Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries; PL/SQL experience is preferred.

• Working knowledge of AWS Lambda and Amazon Redshift.

• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau and SAP BusinessObjects is an advantage.

• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to learn quickly work independently and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

• Experience working with GMP-critical solutions in a regulated environment.

• Experience with on-premises-to-cloud migration projects.

• Working knowledge of Power Apps and the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Familiarity with IT lifecycle management IT business processes and change management.

• Experience mentoring team members and supporting technical knowledge sharing.
