Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop configure customize and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Configure Dynamics 365 entities forms dashboards business process flows workflows and security roles.
- Develop custom solutions using C# .NET JavaScript TypeScript HTML CSS and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Power Apps.
- Design and automate workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop Power BI dashboards reports and analytics solutions.
- Create custom plugins APIs workflow extensions and web resources.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Dataverse environments.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs SOAP Azure Functions Logic Apps Service Bus and Microsoft Graph.
- Support data migration system integrations deployments and production support.
- Manage Azure DevOps Git repositories and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with business users project managers and technical teams throughout the SDLC.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog refinement and daily stand-ups.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Software Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of professional experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
- Experience developing custom plugins workflows integrations and extensions.
- Strong experience with Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs and web services.
- Strong understanding of Azure DevOps Git and CI/CD practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications.
- Microsoft Power Platform Certifications.
- Microsoft Azure Certifications.
- Experience with Grants Management Licensing Financial Systems Case Management or Permitting applications.
- Public Sector or State Government experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
