The Mississippi Development Authority (MDA) is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design develop configure and support enterprise business applications built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems. This position will play a key role in modernizing agency operations by delivering secure scalable and innovative technology solutions that improve business processes increase operational efficiency and support economic development initiatives across the State of Mississippi.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments while also developing custom enterprise solutions using the Microsoft technology stack. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders project managers business analysts and technical teams to implement applications that support grants management project management customer engagement licensing workflow automation reportingand other agency business functions

Required skills:

• Minimum of 3 years Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor&# ;s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Software Engineering or a related field from an
• accredited institution.
• Five (5) years of professional experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Three (3) years of experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
• Experience developing custom plugins workflows integrations and extensions.
• Experience building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems using web services and REST APIs.

Required Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications. Microsoft Power Platform certifications. Microsoft Azure certifications.
• Experience with grants management financial systems licensing permitting or case management applications
• Experience working within state government or other public-sector organizations.
• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience implementing DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with cloud-hosted Microsoft environments.
