Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Developer with 6 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Power Platform Copilot Studio and AI-powered solution development. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing developing and customizing Copilot solutions tenhance business productivity and automate enterprise processes.
- The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders architects and development teams tbuild scalable and secure Copilot-driven solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Design develop and deploy custom solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Configure and customize Microsoft 365 Copilot for business use cases.
- Build conversational AI solutions and enterprise copilots.
- Develop integrations with enterprise applications using Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs.
- Create and maintain Power Platform solutions including:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power Pages
- Develop custom connectors plugins and workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders tgather requirements and define AI use cases.
- Troubleshoot and Eligible to workimize Copilot applications for performance and usability.
- Follow security governance and compliance best practices within Microsoft environments.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute technical design discussions.
Technical Skills
- 6 years of overall software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot customization and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate).
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API integration.
- Understanding of Azure OpenAI Services and Generative AI concepts.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language:
- C#
- .NET
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Python
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering and AI-assisted application development.
- Experience with Git CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Azure AI Services.
- Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
- Experience with Azure AI Search.
- Exposure tchatbot or virtual assistant development.
- Understanding of Microsoft security and governance frameworks.
- Experience working on AI transformation initiatives.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or related field.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200)
- Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
