Job Title: Microsoft 365 Copilot & Digital Workplace Architect

Summary

We are Seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Copilot & Digital Workplace Architect with strong expertise in Copilot governance AI agents Microsoft 365 architecture and SharePoint migration. This role leads governance security and enterprise rollout of Copilot.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Copilot governance and access controls (Basic vs Premium)
• Define agent lifecycle (request approval deployment monitoring)
• Govern Copilot agents (built-in and third-party)
• Implement approval workflows for agent usage
• Administer Power Automate and advanced Copilot integrations
• Control Copilot usage via RBAC Entra ID Conditional Access
• Manage Copilot marketplace controls and policies
• Enable cost governance and pay-per-use monitoring
• Deliver monitoring dashboards for usage adoption cost
• Lead enterprise SharePoint migrations and modernization
• Define M365 architecture (Teams SharePoint Exchange Entra ID)

Security & Compliance (Purview)

• Implement Microsoft Purview policies (DLP sensitivity labels governance)
• Ensure Copilot responses align with data security and compliance
• Apply Zero Trust and least privilege access models

Monitoring & Cost Management

• Track Copilot usage (basic and premium)
• Monitor agent consumption and pay-per-use costs
• Define chargeback/showback models
• Optimize licensing consumption

SharePoint Migration

• Execute SharePoint Online migrations
• Design information architecture and governance
• Ensure Copilot readiness of content

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 Copilot Copilot Studio
• Microsoft Purview
• Entra ID (RBAC Conditional Access)
• SharePoint Online migration
• Power Platform (Power Automate)
• Azure fundamentals

Experience

• 10 years in Microsoft ecosystem
• 3 years in M365 architecture and governance
• Experience with Copilot / AI enablement
• BFSI experience preferred

Work Site: Dallas TX or Austin TX

Duration: 4 months Strong potential for extension

Expected Start Date: Immediate
