Job Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:
- Lead cross-functional program teams to successfully deliver product launches and production programs ensuring achievement of timing quality cost and business objectives.
- Develop program plans define team responsibilities allocate resources and track progress against key milestones and performance targets.
- Manage customer expectations while providing regular program status updates maintaining effective stakeholder communication and leading program review meetings.
- Identify assess and mitigate program risks using structured project management and quality tools including FMEA lessons learned and corrective action processes.
- Partner with Production Quality Engineering Purchasing Finance and suppliers to ensure flawless program execution from development through launch and series production.
- Manage program budgets capital expenditures tooling equipment suppliers and change management activities to achieve financial and operational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 requirements company policies customer specifications audit requirements and continuous improvement standards including 5S and operational excellence initiatives.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
- 4-year Bachelors Degree or equivalency in an Engineering discipline
WORK EXPERIENCE/ TECHNICAL TRAINING:
- Five plus years prior managerial experience with the Automotive Stamping Industry.
- Excellent knowledge of principles theories and practices of Project Management.
- Strong stamping tooling development knowledge from planning to launching.
- Strong skills in equipment planning and installation for assembly equipment.
- Knowledge regarding quality expectations planning and implementation within new projects.
- Strong skills regarding Automotive product launches.
- Excellent product knowledge in Class-A and Class-C for the automotive industry.
- Familiar with all quality related methods and tools such as but not limited to APQP FMEA etc.
- Excellent customer relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong competency with working in teams or as individual unsupervised.

Pay range: $115000 - $140000 annual
