What Youll Do:
- Forecast on multiple platforms linear television and streaming
- Execute and embody the First Alert Weather brand
- Own Midwest weather complexity severe storms tornadoes ice snow summer heat in a constantly changing St. Louis market
- Be comfortable and confident in active weather on-air and streaming when viewers need you most
- Contribute weather-related reporting / MMJ storytelling
- Engage viewers on social platforms with timely accurate useful weather content
- Collaborate with meteorologists producers anchors and digital team

Qualifications/Requirements:

- 2 years experience forecasting weather on-air ideally including both linear TV and streaming
- Deep understanding of Midwest weather dynamics or demonstrated ability to master them fast
- Strong on-air presence; calm clear communication in breaking / severe weather
- Willingness to MMJ shoot write and edit weather-related stories
- Flexible schedule weather doesnt keep 9-to-5 hours
- Active on social (Facebook X Instagram) inform and engage
- WSI Max experience preferred
- Great attitude contribute to an already positive culture
