Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new independent publicly traded company which were calling SpinCo until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs this role will support SpinCo which will focus on critical digital infrastructure delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.
The MES Business System Analyst will be based in Milpitas CA reporting to the IT Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for development design implementation testing and delivery of MES (Flexflow) Solutions. You will need to analyze complex business problems in order to solve them by designing systems in order to make them more efficient and providing technical expertise in identifying evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective improves productivity and quality of systems.
What a typical day looks like:
- Requirement gathering from Customers Business team Operations to map Solutions.
- Create/customize Flexflow to support of new requirements and/or projects (customer requests site efficiency enhancements etc)
- Involve in new customer onboarding with collaboration with various teams.
- Standardize solutions & prepare playbooks / documents for repeatable executions across projects.
- Design/Implement Flexflow-Baan ERP interfacing Test equipment interfacing External customer system interfacing.
- Perform functional & Integration testing of the solution to be implemented
- Provide day-day L2/L3 incident support (Root Cause Analysis Preventive & Corrective Actions) for Flexflow
- Translate Business Requirements Documentation into Functional/Technical specifications for Solutions/Development teams

- Prior experience with Flexflow design and Operation support.
- Strong command of SQL/MSSQL SQL reporting services
- Exposure to systems integration/interfacing protocols & concepts
- Must possess Strong Communication & Coordination Skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
