Your Impact

As a Merchandising Support Intern at Lowes youll work alongside the teams that define our product assortments pricing strategies and vendor relationshipsdirectly impacting the customer experience across our 1700 stores and online channels. Youll gain firsthand exposure to the decision-making processes that power our shelves and digital platforms while contributing to cross-functional projects that drive real business outcomes. What You Will Learn

• How Lowes evaluates and supports product assortments to meet customer needs.
• The processes behind pricing strategy product placement and supplier engagement.
• How merchandising decisions are translated into operational execution across retail and digital.
• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with teams in supply chain marketing and store operations.
• How data drives merchandising through sales trends forecasts and performance tracking.
• Project ownership: contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance category performance or customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in business merchandising marketing retail management or related field.
• Expected graduation dates of December 2027 or May 2028.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• 3.0 cumulative GPA
• Strong interpersonal analytical organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Programs (especially Excel PowerPoint and Word).
• Previous internship or relevant campus/leadership experience is a plus.
