This position is located in San Diego on our Riverwalk Project.

We are looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator with 5 years managing commercial and multi-family residential construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and owner turnover. The right candidate will have proven expertise in GC-led MEP trade coordination BIM/VDC clash detection and resolution field QA/QC inspections commissioning support and closeout management for large-scale podium wrap high-rise mixed-use and luxury residential developments.

The MEP Coordinator needs to have a strong background coordinating mechanical electrical plumbing fire protection low-voltage structural and architectural systems to maintain schedule budget constructability and code compliance. Skilled in leading subcontractor coordination meetings managing BIM workflows resolving field conflicts driving quality standards and ensuring successful turnover of MEP systems.

Compensation Range: $105000-$135000 annually
