Membership Services Representative

The Membership Services Representative plays a vital role in supporting our members by activating new memberships reinstating inactive members and delivering exceptional customer service from our West Plains office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others values teamwork and wants stable in-office work with opportunities to earn bonus commissions.

AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response (GMR) the largest medical transportation company in the world. AMCN delivers compassionate quality medical care primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services in the United States. We offer unique membership programs including emergent air Fly-U-Home and ground ambulance services that provide peace of mind to families and communities across rural Missouri and the Ozarks region.

Responsibilities:

The Membership Services Representative serves as the primary liaison and communication link with members handling day-to-day membership needs and inquiries via phone email and online communications while working onsite with a local support team.

Researches and resolves member questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction
Processes new membership applications and reinstatements
Updates and maintains accurate member information in internal databases
Consistently delivers friendly professional and compassionate customer service
Contributes to a collaborative team environment to meet or exceed service production and quality goals
Meets and exceeds daily weekly and monthly performance expectations
Processes member payments and completes daily balancing tasks as required

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center office retail or hospitality experience welcomed)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Familiarity with general office equipment (multi-line phones copiers fax machines etc.)
Ability to work onsite in West Plains MO and maintain regular attendance
