• Education/Training Support: Welcome a diverse crowdcivilians to prosto our state-of-the-art facility answering questions about handgun rifle and shotgun programs to ignite their training journey.
• Fitness Mindset: Bring high energy and enthusiasm like a fitness coach to a tactical setting empowering customers to build skills and confidence as they defend themselves.

• Welcome customers and guide them to the right department or person.
• Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Keep the front desk area tidy stocked and organized.
• Process inquiries resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Check customers in/out ensuring accurate reservations and billing.
• Maintain and update customer records in our database.
• Coordinate with team members to meet customer needs seamlessly.
• Handle clerical tasks (photocopying scanning filing) with care.
• Uphold UDT policies and a professional demeanor at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service or receptionist experiencethink gym desks tactical ranges or busy offices.
• Top-notch communication and multitasking skills for a bustling environment.
• Comfort with Canva Go High Level Meta Microsoft Office/Google Suite and office tools (computer scanner etc.).
