We have Contract role Med/Surg Telemetry RN for client at Washington Court House OH. Please let me know if you or any of your friends would be interested in this position.

Position Details:

Med/Surg Telemetry RN- Washington Court House OH

Location : Washington Court House OH 43160

Project Duration : 13 weeks

Pay range : $50 $54 per hour

Shift : Day Shift (7am - 7pm); 36 hours per week

Job Summary

Provides direct patient care and develops individualized care plans.

Assesses patient conditions administers treatments and medications and monitors outcomes.

Collaborates with physicians interdisciplinary teams patients and families to ensure quality care.

Delivers patient education health counseling and discharge planning.

Practices within Ohio RN scope of practice and nursing standards.

Responsible for recognizing and responding to patient complications and changes in condition.

Supervises and delegates appropriate nursing tasks while maintaining accountability for patient care.

Ensures patient safety confidentiality and compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

Reports directly to the Department Manager with oversight from Nursing Leadership.

Ideal Candidate:

Active RN license.

3 years experience

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Experience providing patient-centered care and managing multiple priorities.

Commitment to patient safety quality outcomes and professional nursing standards.

Required certifications: ACLS BLS
