• Administer Medications: Safely provide medications according to physicians orders and residents care plans.

• Maintain Accurate Records: Document medication administration clearly and correctly in our system.

• Monitor Residents: Observe for changes in condition side effects or concerns and promptly report them to nursing staff.

• Provide Personal Support: Assist residents with activities of daily living while protecting their dignity and independence.

• Build Meaningful Connections: Develop positive relationships with residents families and team members.

• Support the Community: Help create a safe welcoming environment where everyone feels valued.

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Compassion patience and a genuine interest in serving older adults.

• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.

• Availability to work night shifts weekends and holidays as scheduled.
