Target Base Compensation: $125

Bonus Opportunity: Avg of $50K

Vacation/PTO: 10 days PTO the first year 15 PTO every year after that.

Current patient volume: Average 80 per week Office only.

Estimated Surg Volume for this role: Minimal to moderate (Minor surgery amniotic membrane punctal plugs etc.)

Support Staff: Front Office 2.5 Office manager 1 Tech 1.5 Optician 1 Billing 1 House call dept. 2 Doctors: 1.5.

Hospital Call: zero

ODs on Staff: 1.5

OD Network: 4 surgery centers but primarily work with one.

OD – patient per day expectation: 20

Refractive Surgery - Lasik: Pre and Post-opt care

Hospital Affiliation: HCA and UTMB
