Medical Representative EMT #26-25377

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Medical Representative (EMT) to provide onsite medical assistance and promote workplace health and safety. The candidate will be responsible for providing first aid responding to medical emergencies maintaining medical records and supporting employee health and safety programs.

• Provide first aid and basic medical assistance to employees and refer them to external healthcare providers when necessary.
• Respond to medical emergencies and assist with emergency response activities.
• Educate employees on workplace health safety and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate medical records daily activity logs and shift reports.
• Assist with workers compensation cases and return-to-work programs.
• Maintain medical supplies and ensure the medical area is clean and organized.
• Conduct or assist with CPR AED and first aid training as needed.
• Assist with random saliva drug testing and participate in safety meetings.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and workplace safety procedures.
• Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as required.

• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Ability to bend squat push pull reach and climb stairs as needed.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels and temperatures.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved provider.
• Active EMT or Paramedic certification (State Department of Health or NREMT).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of first aid emergency response and workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and handle medical situations effectively.
• Good documentation organizational and time-management skills.
