What Youll Do:
  • Manage and maintain resident medical records and health information systems
  • Ensure accuracy completeness and confidentiality of health information
  • Support compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support quality resident care
  • Assist with audits record requests and regulatory documentation requirements
  • Promote the mission values and person-centered care philosophy of Lutheran Life Communities
What Youll Need:
  • Long-term care experience required
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Experience managing medical records and health information systems
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational communication and attention-to-detail skills
