Metro MRI Center has provided affordable Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) services to the Quad City area (Moline Rock Island Davenport and Bettendorf) and the surrounding communities since 1990. Following the opening of its site in Moline with a high-field MRI scanner Metro began a new era of diagnostic services in its community offering the highest level in quality care using the most advanced imaging technology available. Position Summary:
Greets patient and verifies identification of patient. Completesappropriate registrationform(s).Schedules examinationsin accordance withestablished procedures and protocols. Answers telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.Orders andmaintainsoffice supplies.
Responsible for relaying pertinent clinical information provided bypatientattimeof examination to the technologist.
Determinestype of imaging study necessary for each patient after reviewingpatientswritten order andpreparespaperwork for technologists.
Performs a variety of administrative tasks suchasregistration of patients data entry into the Radiology Information System log entries andmaintainsrecord keeping and filing systems for all exams.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Graduate or Equivalent
CMA or CNA
ICD-10 and CPT-4 Coding / Insurance Billing Knowledge
PreviousHealthcare Experience

COMPENSATION:
The hourly range for this position is$16.00-$21.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience certifications geographic location addition tothis range Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages which includepossible incentiveand productivity programs health & wellness coverage options 401k benefits and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
