Licensure: Valid Drivers License
Experience: Previous experience in a Medical Office or customer service position.

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to type 50 wpm.

The Medical Navigator provides personalized support throughout the patient experience coordinating care managing logistics facilitating communication and helping patients navigate treatment plans. This role ensures a smooth efficient process while delivering exceptional service and support to patients and their families.
