• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the applicable State Bar
• 5 years of personal injury litigation experience ideally involving medical negligence/malpractice catastrophic injury and/or nursing home matters
• Strong litigation writing and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage a significant caseload
• Exceptional client communication and relationship-building abilities
• A driven compassionate attorney who is motivated by meaningful work and long-term professional growth
