Were hiring a Medical Director (Psychiatrist) who wants meaningful leadership strong earning potential and a weekday schedule that offers flexibility once patient care is complete.

Youll step into an inpatient role providing crisis stabilization psychiatry for adults and children while overseeing physicians and psychiatric APRNs. Approximately 70% of your time will be clinical and 30% will be dedicated to administrative leadership with additional support available for operational responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $285000$300000 for exceptional candidates
Annual incentive up to $12000
Paid call: $150 for weeknight coverage and $650$850 per day for weekend coverage
