As a Certified Medical Assistant at BHN you will provide direct care and daily support to individuals in treatment for substance use disorders. Responsibilities include:

• Take vital signs
• Assist with intake assessments and medical histories
• Monitor patients for withdrawal symptoms or changes in condition
• Update medical records and patient charts
• Encourage a safe supportive and therapeutic environment

• High School Diploma or GED (required).

• Completion of a Certified Medical Assistant course or equivalent (required).

• Prior experience in a hospital behavioral health or recovery setting (preferred).

• Strong communication teamwork and problem-solving skills.

• Compassionate dependable and committed to supporting individuals in recovery.

Pay: $27.00 per hour

SHIFT: 7am - 2:15pm 4 days a week (25 hours per week)
