Job Summary

Title: Property Media & Listing Specialist

Reports to: Director of Marketing & Acquisitions

Location: Kaukauna WI 54130

Pay: Starting at $20 (based on experience)

Were looking for a Property Media & Listing Specialist to own how our available apartments show up onlinefrom capturing the media to getting it live.

This role is part photographer visual merchandiser field operator air-traffic controller and quality-control fanatic.

WHAT YOULL DO

Capture It:The shot list is the minimum. Creativity is the differentiator.

Photograph vacant and renovated apartments using our established shot list.
Create Matterport 3D tours. Find the angles lighting details and composition that make each space stand out.
Edit and optimize photography for marketing.
Catch the little things before shootinglights blinds toilet seats debris construction materials etc.
Know when something isnt photo-ready and speak up.

Manage the Pipeline:The goal: nobody should ever have to ask Did we get pictures of that unit Youll use our Unit Vacancy Detail Report and construction schedule to determine whats vacant whats coming ready what needs media and where you need to be next.

Build and manage your own shooting schedule.
Prioritize units based on readiness and leasing needs.
Coordinate with construction property management leasing and marketing.
Track whats been captured edited uploaded and completed.
Ensure media and listing updates are completed within the 48-hour standard.

Get It Live:Youll also help manage our listings across Zillow our ILS platforms and property management system including:

Uploading and organizing photos and Matterport tours.
Updating descriptions and ready dates.
Removing outdated or poor-quality media.
Selecting and ordering photos strategicallythe hero image matters.
Reviewing live listings to ensure theyre accurate organized and looking sharp.
