Media Manager Planning (Part-Time)

Hours: 20 hours/week
Rate: $75/hour
Duration: 11/16/26 - 12/31/26 with intent to extend through all of 2027

Overview

Were looking for a part-time Media Manager Planning to support client-facing deliverables and buying system execution under the guidance of the Director/Associate Director. This role is well suited to someone who can work efficiently in a part-time capacity while staying closely aligned with the broader planning team.

Responsibilities

• Build client-facing slides with tactical recommendations with guidance from Director/Associate Director
• Translate plan details from slides and spreadsheets into buying systems (e.g. Prisma Mediaocean)
• Assist other planners with additional tasks as requested

Qualifications :

• 2-4 years of experience in media planning or a related field
• Experience building client-facing presentations and translating strategy into clear tactical recommendations
• Familiarity with buying/trafficking systems such as Prisma or Mediaocean
• Comfortable working part-time hours while staying responsive to team needs and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel PowerPoint Word etc.)
