  We are seeking a passionate Mechanical Operations Supervisor to lead and optimize maintenance operations for MARC services in Brunswick MD.   Your Role Your Impact
  • Oversee daily mechanical operations ensuring scalability and alignment with Alstoms maintenance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance schedules and resource allocation.
  • Ensure reliability of rolling stock through predictive maintenance and root cause analysis using CMMS tools.
  • Drive innovation by implementing continuous improvement initiatives and Lean methodologies.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and technical training across maintenance teams to strengthen operational capability.
  • Youll work with sharp committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.
  What You Bring
  • Proficiency in mechanical systems diagnostics and maintenance planning using Maximo or similar CMMS platforms.
  • 5 years experience with rail or other vehicle systems including HVAC braking and propulsion components.
  • Experience applying Lean or Six Sigma principles to improve maintenance efficiency.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and maintenance documentation for troubleshooting and repair.
  • Commitment to safety culture and continuous improvement in operational performance.
  • Must be able to travel throughout the MARC operating territory.
  • Possess a valid drivers license or able to obtain
  • Must be able to work M-F 3PM-11PM.
