• Set up program and operate laser marking and etching equipment.
• Complete visual and dimensional inspections to ensure quality.
• Determine fixturing needs for new and custom products.
• Partner with Engineering on programming setup and fixture design.
• Create and maintain clear work instructions for laser programs.
• Maintain fixture storage controls.
• Perform routine maintenance activities for equipment as per work instructions.
• Detect and report discrepancies or questionable conditions to the Department Supervisor.
• Training of new team members and operators.
• Adhere to company safety requirements.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Assure that assigned activities are performed in accordance with Seabrook Quality System procedures.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous laser marking experience is preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and regularly stand reach and move throughout the facility.
