- 3D modeling of mechanical systems
- Pipe stress and pressure vessel analysis
- Hydraulic modeling
- HVAC system design including load calculations duct and piping layout equipment selection and energy efficiency analysis
- Coordination of HVAC systems with architectural and structural elements as well as other building systems
- Working collaboratively with others.
- Having ownership in the work you do.
- Using your talents to positively affect communities.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- Pursuing a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Revit AutoCAD or other 3D modeling tools
- Coursework or experience in HVAC design or thermodynamics
- Familiarity with HVAC codes and standards (e.g. ASHRAE IMC)
- Interest in mechanical systems for industrial facilities including ventilation and process cooling
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
We are looking to hire two individuals to work from either our Lincoln or Omaha locations.
